About the Costco annual fee

When will the Costco annual fee be withdrawn?

The Costco annual fee is withdrawn on the 27th of the month of renewal shown on the back of the Costco membership card.

    The month of renewal may be changed. *For the month of renewal, please contact the Costco membership counter of the warehouse store or the Costco customer service (0570-200-800).

Will the Costco annual fee of the business membership be withdrawn automatically from Costco Global Card?

It will be withdrawn automatically when the corporate representative of the business membership becomes a Costco Global Card member. However, the fee will be withdrawn automatically from the card only if the corporate representative of the business membership has Costco Global Card. The Costco Global Cards of any other members will be subject to the automatic withdrawal service.

Can I cancel the automatic withdrawn service of the Costco annual fee?

To cancel the automatic withdrawal service of the Costco annual fee, please apply for it at the Costco membership counter of a Costco warehouse store by two months before the month of renewal.

Will the automatic withdrawal be applied if a family member of the Costco membership applies for Costco Global Card as the main member?

The automatic withdrawal will be applied if a family member of the Costco membership applies for Costco Global Card as the main member.

Will the automatic withdrawal of the Costco annual fee be stopped if I cancel may Costco membership?

In principle, it will be stopped automatically. However, if you cancel your membership on or after the last day of the month before the month two months prior to the month of renewal, the Costco annual fee may be withdrawn automatically.

If each of the main member and family member of the Costco membership applies for Costco Global Card as the main member, from which card will the Costco annual fee be withdrawn?

It will be withdrawn from the Costco Global Card of the customer who issued his/her card later. If you want the Costco annual fee to be withdrawn from the customer who issued the card earlier, please fill in and submit the automatic withdrawal agreement at a membership counter of each warehouse store.
