- *Gasoline, light oil, and kerosene sold at Costco gas stations are JIS standard products. The quality of gasoline is analyzed by a governmental certification body every 10 days based on "Act on Maintenance of Quality of Gasoline" (Quality Assurance Act), so please use it at ease.
- *To use it, you have to bring not only your Costco Global Card but also your Costco membership certificate.

For application, the Costco membership number of the person who applies for the credit card (11 digits excluding 0 at the top) is required.

If you have a membership number
- *You cannot enter Costco with this card alone.
- *The Costco Global Card is available only for those who live in Japan and can understand the terms and conditions of membership in Japanese with an effective Costco membership issued in Japan.
- *The contact support is provided in Japanese.
- *Note that if you select the postal mail to be received only by yourself for delivery of the card, you will have to show a identity verification document with a head shot.
- *Confirm that the address entered in the application matches the address on the identification verification document.
