Customer-oriented basic policy

Orient Corporation (hereinafter referred to as " we") , based on its "Philosophy" and "Orico's Sustainability Statement", has established the following "Customer-Oriented Basic Policy" to put customers first and to operate its business in a customer-oriented manner.

  1. We will strive to respond to customers in honest and fair manners, putting customers as our first priority, in order to satisfy our customers and earn their trust.
  2. We will strive to provide products and services of the highest standard that meet the diverse needs and experiences of our customers. We will incorporate customer voice, which is a valuable asset to us, into the improvement of our company's structure, products, and services.
  3. We respect our business partners, such as member merchants and outsourcing vendors, and aim for mutual trust and harmonious prosperity, working together to provide products, services, and information to our customers.
  4. We shall comply with all laws and regulations and properly manage customer information. We will endeavor to provide our customers with appropriate and detailed information about our products and services, as well as the fees and commissions we receive from our customers, after thoroughly reviewing their needs and other relevant information. We will also require our business partners to take appropriate measures such as to comply with laws and regulations, manage information, and ensure the soundness of transactions.
  5. We will strive to appropriately motivate each of our executives and employees to act in a customer-oriented manner through human resource development, training, personnel evaluation, and other possible efforts.
