We are developing products and services that utilize digital technology to significantly change the customer experience when applying for and using credit cards, such as digital cards loaded on smartphones and a proprietary credit screening system as the first major credit card company to be authorized as a Certified Comprehensive Credit Purchase Intermediary.

  We are a business partner of financial institutions that provide personal loans. At the same time, we play a role in enhancing and enriching the lives of people living in the community by supporting the smooth provision of funds to meet the needs of the individual customers of those institutions. We will continue to face the various issues of the more than 560 financial institutions with which we are partnered throughout Japan, their clients, and their communities, and aim to be "the guarantee company of choice" as a business partner capable of providing a wide range of solutions.

  We offer a variety of settlement and guarantee services to meet the wide range of settlement and guarantee needs of customers. These include rent settlement guarantees, in which the Orico Group acts as guarantor to help customers rent rooms smoothly; and accounts receivable settlement guarantees, which support trouble-free, safe, secure, reliable, and convenient business-to-business transactions for customers. We will continue to strive to provide solutions that transcend the boundaries of finance and aim to be a good partner to our customers.

  Overseas business

  We began operating in Thailand in 2015, followed by the Philippines and Indonesia, in order to expand our auto loan business in the growing Southeast Asian market. Aiming to continue contributing a sustainable society in which everyone can realize a fulfilling life and the creation of sustainable communities, we will further expand our overseas business by creating new businesses in addition to the auto loan business in the three countries where we already have a presence, and by exploring the possibility of entering new countries.
