Vacation and Leave Related
Annual Paid Leave
Annual paid leave is granted according to the number of years of continuous service.
The number of days of annual paid vacations shall be as follows. Annual paid vacation shall be granted on April 1 of each year.

Half-day leave
A system that allows employees to take their annual paid leave in half-day units.
Half-day leave can be taken by working the following prescribed working hours.
- Morning leave: 14:00 to 17:45
- Afternoon leave: 9:20 to 13:00
Prime Leave (Special Leave)
Leave intended to be taken in accordance with one's own values and lifestyle.
Three days may be taken between April 1 and March 31 each year.
Prenatal and postnatal leave
Leave to be taken six weeks before childbirth (14 weeks in the case of multiple pregnancies) and eight weeks after childbirth. (Salary is paid during the leave period.)
Childcare leave
Childcare leave can be taken until the child reaches one year of age (the day before the child's birthday). If there are circumstances such as the child not being able to enter a daycare center when the child reaches one year of age, leave can be taken until the child reaches a maximum of two years of age.
Nursing care leave
Employees can take a leave of absence for a period of up to 186 days per family member, as long as the employee requests the leave.
Measures concerning working hours for childcare and nursing care
Shorter working hours (minimum of 5 hours and 30 minutes) and restrictions on overtime work (exemption from overtime work) are available.
For childcare
Shorter working hours are applicable up to the sixth grade of elementary school, and restrictions on overtime work, among others, are applicable up to the sixth grade of elementary school.
Asset Building
Employee Stock Ownership Plan
A system that allows employees to build their own assets without any hassle and effort, even with as little as 1,000 yen per investment unit.
The company provides "incentive money" in proportion to the number of investment units in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan, enabling more efficient asset building.
Employee Financial Asset Formation Savings
Employees can plan their own asset building without difficulty by having their salary deducted from salaries.
Among financial asset formation savings, the total of both pension savings and housing savings are exempt from taxation.
(There is an upper limit to the maximum amount.)
Corporate Defined Contribution Pension Plan
A plan under which the company makes monthly contributions and the employees invest the pension assets themselves.
Matching contributions, in which participants can voluntarily make contributions on top of the company's contributions, are also available.
Other Benefits
Introduction of Benefit Stations
A variety of benefits are available to meet the diversified needs of employees, such as discounted rates at hotels and fitness gyms nationwide, free e-learning courses, and other benefits for all aspects of life.
Residential subsidy (Nationwide type only)
Employees can move into company-owned or leased company housing facilities or company-rented housing facilities at their own expense.
3 days off per week
Some divisions have introduced a system that allows employees to have 3 days off per week by setting their regular working hours to 8 hours and 35 minutes (usually 7 hours and 25 minutes) per day.
Telework
This is a system to improve productivity and enhance work-life balance, and is a generic term for telecommuting, satellite office work, mobile work, and other forms of remote work.
Slide Work
A system that allows employees to choose their own working hours from among seven work patterns established by the Company.
