Initiative to support athletes
Our aim is to create an organisational culture that embraces diversity and allows each and every employee to flourish in their own way. To actualize such corporate culture, we established the Orico Track and Field Team in 2017 as part of our HR/cultural reform. The team currently consists of three internationally-competing athletes. As a company, we support the athletic careers of young and talented athletes while fostering a sense of unity and shared goals among all employees, who cheer on our teammates as they strive for greater heights. Through these initiatives, we aim to enhance our corporate vitality.
