Improving women's health

Women account for 40% of our full-time employees and are active in a variety of fields. In order for our company to further develop in the future, it is necessary to expand the scope of women's activities and enable them to demonstrate their capabilities more than ever before. To this end, we are developing various support measures to promote women's activities in terms of career development, awareness raising, and work-life balance.

Key Initiatives

Seminar on women's health

  • In November 2019, we held a training called "Life Map Cafe 28",targeting women who were 28 years old. The seminar focused on work-life balance and health management at different stages in life, while taking into account various life events.
  • During this training, an industrial physician delivered a lecture on health literacy, specifically women-specific health issues, such as menstrual symptoms, pregnancy and childbirth, menopause, as well as the importance of breast and cervical cancer screenings, as well as appropriate coping methods.

Training programs and women's network

Since November 2016, we have established the regional network "Orico Women's Network" for women managers. This network enables women managers to share their unique challenges and experiences, seek advice, and collaboratively find solutions within the company.
