We support the smooth return to work of injured and ill employees and to enable any employee to balance work and life outside of work.
Key initiatives
Support for return to work for injured and sick employees
To enable employees who have been forced to take leave due to an injury or an illness to return to work as soon and smoothly as possible, industrial physicians interview them to assess if they can return to work, if they'll need a gradual workload, or if they'll need individualized accomodations.
Support for balancing work with aftereffects or cancer treatment
Industrial physicians meet with employees suffering from aftereffects of various injuries/ illnesses or are undergoing burdensome treatment such as a cancer treatment to assist them to balance their work with their life. They make individualized accomodations as needed.
