Achievements Related to the Action Plan|Promotion of Women's Empowerment

The achievements of our women's empowerment initiatives, as part of the Action Plan for Women's Empowerment (April 1, 2022 – March 31, 2027), are as follows.
Action plan for women's empowerment
Target 1 Increase the percentage of female employees at the senior manager level and above to 30% or more
Target 2 Increase the percentage of female employees in positions equivalent to general managers to 12% or more
Target 3 Aim for 100% of male employees taking childcare leave for their desired length of time
